• Non-authorized Canon service center in Congo, Brazzaville

A power failure of the electricity-generating group and the Canon battery charger goes BZZZ… and some smoke comes out of it. Might be a problem to find a Canon official repair center for assistance…

The good news is that in Africa you can fix anything. Just need some time to get it done. A lot of time in European standards, a few weeks in African’s standard. The result is a self prepared bomb-looking battery charger.

Pro: it works flawlessly. Cons: security guys at the airport in Brazzaville were a little bit perturbed about this object.
